Yea I found those in my search. So far no taco joint on either side of the border has brains as stuffing. Tripe and goop from head of cow but no brains

Looked up what cow brains taste like.

The texture is easier to describe: creamy but firm, like overly curdled yogurt or lumpy tofu. The taste is unlike any other part of the animal

I do not think I will order Sesos. I will all portions to you.
