SEAFOOD IN CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE
Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 20 min | Cook Time 15 min
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1 large bunch green onions, sliced
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup dry sherry [or dry white wine or water]
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb. bay scallops
Hot cooked orzo pasta, linguine or rice
Directions
Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook green onions and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until very tender. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with milk. Bring to the boiling point over high heat. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Serve over hot pasta.
