He drinks straight from the Ganges river and gets incredibly sick with blood coming out of both ends. He's hospitalized for intestinal parasites (too many to list) and ends up with a hole in his colon.

The new schtick is bottled water vs sewer water. With Matt mocking "rich white USAmerican housewives" who spend their entire time in India "drinking Evian and watching reality TV in their hotel rooms" while everyone else calls Matt a retard from drinking the most polluted river water in the world contaminated with industrial waste, human sewage, and decaying partially cremated bodies.
