Set up a large exit bag or exit pod. There are two pipes: one pumps in oxygen, the other, helium. Take some valium first to relax yourself. When you feel relaxed, enter the bag/pod. Now, shoot up some morphine, not enough to OD, but enough to make you drift off to paradise. As you lose consciousness, your hand drops on a lever that switches the intake from oxygen to helium. Within seconds, you are passed out. Within a minute, you are dead.

There would still be a tony fraction of time where you felt pain. My way, it actually feels good.

The morphine is entirely superfluous because the helium makes you pass out very quickly.
