I like carrots and broccoli and cucumbers and green peppers and green beans and okra and corn...etc..

All of those are so perishable though...it's difficult to efficiently utilize them in my diet without a lot of waste..

Carrots yes - broccoli in my fridge after 10 days turns yellow and gets dark brown spots.

I buy with good intentions. Hate just hate needing something to add to dinner and then have to go to store for one item.
