I've been smoking regularly since May 28. I need to be clean in 2 - 3 weeks. Will I be clean by then? I've used bongs, pipes, but mostly joints.

Then you should be fine in 3 weeks. I believe there are other ways to flush your system faster.

Don't drink a lot of water the day before the test because they will be able to tell, and will either fail you, or make you retest.
