I don't think that is it since I looked up where the urethra was. I highlighted what I am referring to in red since it's not labeled here or it's labeled as simply "the penis". And before this question arises, yes, I was circumcised. I do not mean the skin surrounding this and I am beginning to think this is just muscle tissue.

Wait, do you count the skin when you're referring to the penis? Because I always did. If you don't, then the issue was that the head of the penis is exposed as the skin doesn't cover it which I assume was due to being circumcised, but sometimes it would stick to my underwear. Sometimes whenever I move the wrong way when I sit the entire penis shoots out of the skin pushing it backwards to a very painful feeling of it being exposed. The penis was erect when this occurred. I would either wait and try to get rid of the erection so it is in the skin again or I'll try to get it in myself. This is rare, mind you, it only happen perhaps twice in my lifetime and yet I have always been afraid of it happening again. Interesting enough I noticed that the head sticks to my underwear thanks to the hormones and yet it doesn't when I try on women's underwear so it must be related to material the underwear was made out of too. I never know how to explain this without confusing people or drawing a dog's dick. It's just very painful thinking about and lead to me also wishing I had a vagina though that wasn't the primary reason.

The part that comes out is the head and mid way of the shaft (I think that is what the longer part is called). Again, this is rare, and it's been some time since it last happened, but the head and shaft comes out as if someone pulled the skin all the way back. Like if someone were to have a cucumber with a condom on it and they roll the condom back to take it off. It's like the skin tried to be taken off. But it's mostly a shaft thing.
