I'm not sure if they appealed (were tried separately) cause my friend was originally sentenced to a year and it got commuted to a week and they were out in a week. I figure an appeal might take longer? But it was a really small town.

That's stressful, but exciting! Good luck, house hunting sucks but setting up after is nice.
I'm folding my clothes for the first time ever in this house, start school tomorrow. I've been eating pretty well since Aubrey got here and the company (and music) is nice. :>
