For some reason I have difficulty remembering when to use "affect" vs "effect" so I avoid using it whenever possible.

Eye do not understand because the Bulliten clearly says

(The bulletins first have to be accepted by the Administrators or Moderators)

Which is proof that Admin-Mod has approved what waz submitted in full n total

What? I said nothing about other admins or mods.

I had just rejected a bulletin for having bad grammar when I wrote this topic. I was simply reminding Minichanners about our strict grammar and spelling rules. Thank you.

Even I on occasions make a sperling mistake that was unintentional.

Right. I generally approve bulletins if they are quotes, such as "im 16 bitch."
