Topic: Ever notice how they stop talking about climate change during winter?

Anonymous A started this discussion 8 years ago #70,177

Just saying how they seem to give it a break during winter months like the entire season is a dead give away to their hole argument. Not that I'm saying I don't believe in it or that I do but it might be a good idea to talk how how the earth is heating up while we're freezing our butts off..

So like Trump, you do not believe in science? Thanks.

Hey I'm all for science but let's see it! Let's not talk about global warming in the height of summer but rather in the cold of winter.. It's like saying the roof is leak proof with a drip landing on your head.. science isn't an exact science you know..

Two years ago it was 60 degrees through the third week of December. The fact that sometimes it's cold during the winter means literally nothing with respect to global warming.

So that's my point.. You can't say "this" is down to global warming then point and say "wasn't like this since records began in 1850" because it was like that in 1850

Climate change does get mentioned in winter - especially when there is a particularly cold winter, particularly bad blizzards, unusally deep snowfall, or snow falling in places where snowfall is historically rare. Much like hot summers and strong hurricanes, these events seem to be occurring with greater frequency.

which "they" specifically

I noticed no mention of Britney Spears lately

maybe "they" are hiding something related between that bitch and the climate
