I'm in a canyon. Can't even pick up a TV signal, probably can't get any wifi signal in this canyon except my immediate neighbors which is secured anyway.

Project time. Bet canyon has hillside lol. Top of Hillside you can rig up a repeater. First a trip up on top with antenna to see what there is to be sniffed and trapped. Solar powered this could be a fun project.
