There were two guys at the gym today, one really fat man and some other cunt. They were both using this machine I needed to use (to do curls/lat pulls) for an hour. Tag teaming it basically so no-one else could use it... While talking in Polish the whole time, of course. So basically I didn't get to do any bicep/tricep exercises at all today. Why are Polish people so fucking annoying? Every one I meet has literally gone out of their way to piss me off. Lithuanians don't seem to be as bad in my experience. Hah. The fat guy had huge arms, but that was it. Like the only part of his body he trains is his arms. It looked ridiculous.
