Yes some will..
You know how you do the simple computation on the tax form...where you enter your gross wages and fed income tax witheld...and then do the math with the standard deduction and get an amount that is deemed your taxable income...and then you reference the tax tables and it has that shit where if you taxable income is from $25,000 to 29,000 you owe say $6,000 and if its $29,050 to $35,000 you owe $6,100..
The increase in the standard deduction will result in a person paying less taxes that way...thereby getting more of what has been withheld back as a
refund..
but as it has been noted the change is very small..
