caffeine, stress/anxiety, lack of food+sleep all leave my stomach pretty fucked up
not sure why but a lil beer settles it
like one can over 3 or 4 hours n that's not enough to even get a buzz
if i smoke weed i won't be able to think straight or properly recall anything but that little amount of beer is fine
