I went straight to the temp agency to be marked as active, went through job postings on Craigslist, and already have an interview on Monday. Since I'm the only one in my household who had a job and was actually making money, shouldn't I cut down on my food consumption till I get another job? I haven't been asked to do this by anyone I live with, but I get a feeling of resentment now that I'm not making money.
> i don't have any money for cigarettes. I got screwed out of my last paycheck.
Wood seem thats a very good thing. Cigarettes in long run cost you a lot and health wise screw you up.
I bet with a bit more work on what you eat you can cut costs and even end up more healthy and better food.
While working in Russia and other poor places on Planet Earth like India, people eat great at low costs.
In Russia the meat was sold at one price per pound chopped off of any part of carcase because it did not matter. Stews and soups, never steaks. India rice and veggies and Russia grains like Buckwheat. Best dinners my mom made were during tight budget times. As a kid I never understood why a tight budget resulted in better dinners and my Mom is a terrific cook.
