I have found my purpose in life! I shall be attending the Spudsworth Tuber Academy, pursuing their Doctor of Tuberology degree! They say that 95% of their graduates are placed with a restaurant within a month of graduating! I am so excited, fora! I am going to be a Tuberologist!

If you aren't placed at a restaurant, you can also use your superior knowledge to open a local potatery. Artisan potato carts are popping up all over Portland at the moment, run by low level tuberologists whom have only gained their bachelors!
