Friend drove us down to ~punk lofts~ cause there was a show at the bar. It was a good fucking show. So I got drunk there. Then we went to hang out with a bunch of people at a buddy's house. Buddy is a cocaine dealer and works at the weed shop. So there were those things and beer cause he had like 300 tall cans of pbr and was sick of it.

Weekend is ok. Lots of looking at new apartment listings and also helping siblings with college applications. I should be back to having a normal adult life in about a month which is exciting! No booze or drug shenanigans for me until January.

Apartment hunt is kinda lame. Compared to NYC, DC has relatively few offerings and I don't know the neighborhoods at all so idk what are good deals and what are bad deals. College apps suck dude, and it sounds like they're a million times worse in the states. They're like designed to make you doubt yourself.
Oh going down is definitely a good idea cause old school landlords who don't post on the Internet, just put up signs, are usually the best deals.

Yeah college apps are a pain. Each school requires basically an essay or more in addition to the one essay all colleges get.
I'll keep an eye out for that, good idea. Never know what I'll find I guess.
