I can only speak for two locations. One where they without fail show me my potato and that is because I order my fries off the secrete yet not so secrete menu.
I ask for X-Tra crispy and 50% Salt. For some reason they always include a couple of packets of salt. Both locations have about 18 people working real fast n hard in a totally open kitchen and all with smiles given the employees are paid much more than minimum wage and HR does a totally great job at choice of the employees
