My teenage boys beat me in the front yard awhile back. It was a real white trash shit show, lol. They're 6'2 200 lbs and it's not like I could hit them back hard to call it a fight. Otherwise I've just been working a lot, six kids to feed keeps me motivated.

They brought weed, scales, and a pipe into the house after I explicitly warned them to keep drugs out of the house. As they don't live with me full time there's not a lot I can do to stop them from using drugs, but I don't condone it or allow any of it in my home. They've got baby sisters here that could find it in their backpacks and eat it or something. Or a hundred other scenarios where something goes wrong. Beyond the dangers of having drugs in the house I just don't approve of them using drugs in general. I explained all this to them quite frankly. They still broke the rules, so I took their shit and threw it all in the river. They had a melt down and started attacking me, which was surprising because I've never taught them violence. They haven't talked to me much since (one of them not at all). Angst is a helluva drug, I guess.
