From what I've seen of this subreddit, they are children mentally.
Today I saw a grown woman asking /r/TwoXChromosomes what she needs to bring with her when she "runs away from home". She doesn't have the maturity to just move out of her parents' house like a normal person, she has to go melodramatically, disappearing the middle of the night, never to be seen again. And then she is incapable of even planning that by herself.
