WARM VEGETABLE & CRAB DIP
Makes 3 cups | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 30 min
Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Vegetable Soup Mix
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can (6.5 oz.) crabmeat [or 1 cup fresh or frozen crabmeat, thawed],
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°. In 1-quart casserole, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
2. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through.
Also terrific with Lipton ® Recipe Secrets ® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix.

You and I both know this is really about the lactose and the fact you can't eat Lipton recipes because they all have cheese ?
