I have found a way to avoid these accusations. Just stop interacting with women whatsoever. Do not talk to them, do not even look at them. If a woman enters a room, even a large restaurant, just get up and leave without a word or a glance. If the secretary at your office is a woman, just walk past her looking the other way and ignore anything she says. If you are doing interviews and a woman walks in for an interview for a job, just stand up and silently walk out without even looking at her. Literally have no interaction with women whatsoever. They will then be so happy that no men are sexually harassing them!
