SKILLET BEEF 'N BACON

Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 20 min

Ingredients
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz.) baked beans
1 box (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions
1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until crisp. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until browned; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, 15 minutes. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked pasta, corn bread or hamburger rolls.

TIP: Try substituting 1 pound ground turkey for ground beef.

Can I use yellow mustard instead of dijon mustard? I really hate the flavor of turmeric and horseradish.

So this is just...what? Throwing a bunch of shit in a pan and stirring it? How is this a fucking recipe ugh. It has no cohesion or anything as a dish. It just fucking sucks.

I feel like you've really singled out one of the axioms of pan cooking. Whether you're making scrambled eggs or stir fry, this is an apt description of the process.
