No the Gulfstream is capital equipment and there are a lot of depends. Usually it is fully deductible, and is expensed over several years. All maintenance of course is deductible as a matter of normal business expenses.
Consider a company that decides to refine oil. The cost of equipment is massive amounts of money. That must be fully deductible.
