Topic: not a good day for my stepdad to have to repair the shower.

There's a small crack being repaired and the shower door is getting replaced.
So right now, the shower is not usable until tomorrow night.
but i went shopping with my friend today at the mall and they LOVE shopping. And we went to the beach and it's santa monica... not the cleanest of beaches that's for sure.

So uh... I'm covered in tons of cologne and soap and glitter and shit that I applied to my body out of boredom while my friend shopped. we had a good time but we visited like over a dozen stores. my mom said I smell like fresh laundry though so thats good i guess?

As I remember it and its been a few years, you have two options. One would be to use the COLD water at one of the outside showers on Venice beach for washing off after surfing - or and I also used to live in Marina del Rey. There are great restrooms with full showers n lots of hot water and even soap - Every boat dock has these- Normally not open to public of course but if one were to just wait outside by any one of them at say Basin C for example - someone will enter or exit and you can just mosey on in and no one is going to ask any questions. I used to give parties at my Condo on waters edge and maybe 150 people or more would show up and many stayed over night nor could my two bathrooms with showers handle the group.

As a Condo owner I in theory would not have a key to the showers/bathrooms for the boat owners but of course did end up with a key - my point is a cold shower ain't so bad and you can get one at Venice beach or just drive 3 miles South to MDR and mosey on in and shower up HOT
