Just a bit of advice:

If you want your cat not to do this, don't punish them. This makes them think that the mouse/bird wasn't good enough, so they will keep bringing more until you're satisfied. Just give them nice pat on the head and forget about it.

If you do want them to keep doing it, bring the mouse/bird inside your house to throw it away, and give them a treat.
