They don't give a shit about their customer's happiness and only care about making money. Someone should literally just murder all of their executives. Then again, someone should do that for all executives. Better yet, an executive should just murder all executives and then kill himself for under $20.

Here you have 5 years and notice the slope. In the past small glitches in share price have occurred and some were as you can see even larger than the current brew ha.

EA has won some of the most amazing awards over its life time. Worst company to work for. Worst company over all in the electronic business. Without doubt the most horrid of customer service.
That said when investors look at it they look at history of stock gain as well and this is paramount 300 million people worldwide to pay and play.
So you can see why one single game is not going to hurt them while they take their time to figure out how much time and money should be spent to make people happy. In the past they have not given one shit about making people happy, other than the stock holders.
