For a while since my conversion, Allah has been speaking to me. My life isn't in a place right now where I can live fully "out" as a Muslim, although I am very proud of my new found faith and have been reading and researching and learning as much as I can.
Allah has made it very, very clean many times that my life is headed in a certain direction and things have been changing for the better. In fact, things have been made so clear to me that it is often overwhelming and emotional.
I haven't been able to do all of my prayers every day like I should. Allah knows why. I feel like because He is Merciful and Gracious that he has forgiven me for this, and I try to make it up as best I can in other ways.
However, today I woke up very lazy. I skipped fajr with the intention of "doing it later". Later came and went, and I missed dhuhr. Then Asr. I happened to open my Muslim Pro app because I was determined to make up for them and wanted to see when the next prayer was, and the "Daily inspiration" was Allah speaking directly to me:
> How can you not make time for the one who created time?
You better believe I made up for all my missed prayers at Maghrib.
To all those struggling with finding the time or that get lazy and slack like I did, remember that Allah knows your life and what is going on in it, but you might not have a "later" to worship Him.
