getting a master's will net you about a $0.50/hr pay raise above what a bachelor's gets you. The advantages lie more in being able to head projects/digs yourself and gain permits, since with a bachelor's you're only a "tech".

...like what? I have fundraising and call center experience. There is actually a dearth of archaeologists in Quebec - CRM is a big field because all construction projects require an archaeological survey.
