i felt like i was half asleep and having dreamlike thoughts when i realized that my ear was throbbing and that i was lying on the ground with my head on my nightstand. has never happened before. i mean, i was smoking and i got dizzy and that's why it happened but still weird

This has happened to me before, exactly the same.
I was smoking in another room and went back into the central area and on the way everything went foggy and my mind started thinking oddly. I turned into the door when I entered the room and tried to close it by slamming it with my body (I was very weak but strongly felt that I had to shut the door).
Then there was a blackness for what felt like a few seconds. I had full control of my cognition. I had no memory of feeling faint so was confused and figured that I had gone to bed and was asleep. Slowly everything swam back around
My hearing came back before my vision. My sister was saying my name. Then I saw her crouching in front of me looking concerned. I was laying on the floor and my head was throbbing.
I later learned I had lost consciousness, collapsed sideways and hit my head quite hard on my radiator, then collapsed onto the floor and my limbs were shaking hard
