i felt like i was half asleep and having dreamlike thoughts when i realized that my ear was throbbing and that i was lying on the ground with my head on my nightstand. has never happened before. i mean, i was smoking and i got dizzy and that's why it happened but still weird

It’s a stroke from your obesity, McDiet, and drinking. Not kidding: you might want to see a doctor.

How long were you lying there?

i'm opposite meta. tonight i'm drinking a glass of orange juice and some craft cider with my home made soba noodles and tsuyu. i'm underweight.

throbbing ear suggests disturbance to inner ear vestibular system, many possible causes

It was a fucking stroke. See a fucking doctor. I do not like you, but I do not hate you like I do Syntax, and I do not want you to die.

well then there could be momentary loss of blood pressure for whatever reason ranging from relatively innocuous to urgently dangerous

This has happened to me before, exactly the same.
I was smoking in another room and went back into the central area and on the way everything went foggy and my mind started thinking oddly. I turned into the door when I entered the room and tried to close it by slamming it with my body (I was very weak but strongly felt that I had to shut the door).
Then there was a blackness for what felt like a few seconds. I had full control of my cognition. I had no memory of feeling faint so was confused and figured that I had gone to bed and was asleep. Slowly everything swam back around
My hearing came back before my vision. My sister was saying my name. Then I saw her crouching in front of me looking concerned. I was laying on the floor and my head was throbbing.
I later learned I had lost consciousness, collapsed sideways and hit my head quite hard on my radiator, then collapsed onto the floor and my limbs were shaking hard
I don't think it was a stroke though, I think it was just a sudden loss of blood pressure

Smoke as in smoke weed? If so that happened to me once, apparently to do with it being blood thinning

Smoking tobacco has done that to me before when I was a wee babe. Either way you should get that checked out.
Oh we are passing out buds! Except I didn't eat dinner, drank beer, smoked weed, and did ghb and eventually felt kinda funky, puked a little bit, and apparently passed out

yeah that's pretty much exactly what happened. I heard the TV before I really opened my eyes or... saw anything. i don't know if my eyes were open or not. I actually dropped my pipe on the floor next to me. dangerous! my ear still hurts
I don't even remember what I stood up for
