Its called Family Romance and its slogan is "More than Real".

Japanese society has become so isolating and insular that you can pay people to sit in as surrogate family members. Whether as a father to a child of a single mother who doesnt know that her dad is an actor, to a husband and inlaws for a lesbian in hiding, anything is possible if the price is right

It's not just Japan. This stuff has existed as an option on the U.S.A. side of Craigslist for years.
