Don’t be a fucking idiot and add garlic or wine.
Just pay attention and dice the onion and tomato into equal sized pieces. Add the onion to the diced tomato until you have the proportion you like.

wow anon are you suggesting you can just add compatible ingredients in a proportion that’s satisfying and matches one’s taste instead of needing a recipe this changes everything

Yeah, I'm not adding alcohol, but what is wrong with garlic powder?
I just realized I need to get more tomatoes and lime juice, but I am not making this without lime juice. I like lime in my pico.

Instead of garlic, why not give your pico de gallo a ¡muy autheñtico! Mexìcan twist by adding a packet of Lipton Recipe Secrets®™ onion soup mix?
¡Fiesta grande! ??

Cathy and those who replied. Notice Cathy's list > tomatoes, onions, and cilantro right now
If made this way it wood be a horrid disappoint
Missing the most CRITICAL Indigent. Photo is Jalapeno's but Serrano wood work just as well - Amount depends on how much heat so chop fine and put on side and add at end until you get the heat you desire. As to adding lime juice? Sure but don't waste money on a bottle of juice when a real lime is more better
AND AND YOU might want to salt to taste or you might find the result a bit Flat

Matt doesn't have any recipes, he just uses google, which is why he never gives you a recipe, you are both too lazy to perform a google search.
Alexa is telling me a recipe for pico de gallo right now because i asked her instead of matt.
I'll write it down for you, give me a sec.

@previous (brie !iFDoautiSM) @previous (brie !iFDoautiSM) > refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Naw - It should if one has tyme - Sit on counter for 30-45 mins at room temp.
It is just a basic no cook type of Salsa. Quality of Tomatoes makes for more better but in a pinch Roma tomatoes work best.
The green onion wood add some more color but seems to me the basic onion is onion enough.
Red Jalapenos also are more better because you get the heat as well as a sweeter flavour but they are more costly except if one buys just one its pennies
