It's not like there is a time limit on resistance. Any front line would be quickly overwhelmed, so any 'fighting' you or I could do would be terrorist attacks (blowing up supply lines, poisoning, etc)
So since it will happen anyway, I might as well see if it's alright before trying to kick it out.

In reality, if China attacked us unprovoked our allies would defend us. We have various military alliances with other nations and other European countries. ESDP and NATO being the largest. We wouldn't be fighting the Chinese army on our own, we'd be fighting them with some of the biggest and best-equipped armies on the planet. (China's army, for all their military spending, still sucks balls).

And I was assuming that alliances fell through and everybody fell out enough for China to even think about invading the UK, which is in the UN security council and was one of the first EU states :/
