The damn ruler cannot rotate with the mouse and I looked it up, it is suppose to be able to be rotated with a mouse for those without touchscreen monitors or Windows mobile devices. Yet when I try to do what they tell me to know, it doesn't work. Then I realized there is most likely much better sketching software out there. Any suggestions?
