It is downright bizarre!

*yellow dairy additive cheesefood

USAmerican "cheese" can not legally be called cheese even in USAmerica. It does not require refrigeration when opened.

McDonalds cheeseburgers* are a prime example. They are basically selling coffee whitener and calling it milk!

You are right. But even if the cheese is real, what I mean is that, in every restaurant, just about everything you can order has cheese on it. What the hell?

USA does not have any kind of organisation that monitors and judges what levels of dairy products are advisable to produce in a time period. As a result, there is an over-abundance of product that may go to waste or prices have to be unprofitable low to sell all of the shit.

When milk is dried into milk powder, the liquid collected is called cow water. It is that cow water that is added to USAmerican cheesefood and it is rightfully called a dairy product.

Mark already claimed lactose intolerant schtick. You'll have to find a new one.

Sorry.

At points in our nation's history it was illegal to sell a meal that didn't have cheese. Probably just a carryover from those times.
