Keeping a child so disabled like the one in the blog, below a 20 iq and unable to move, is cruel. It might sound cold but it would have been better for every one if he was terminated once they discovered his illness.
During the vast majority of human existence children with such disabilities would never have survived and we shouldn't start now when all of the planets resources are under strain.

Don't know. Like he points out his son can't consent, so it's maybe not a good idea. Consent seems like such an important rule that I don't believe their should ever be an exception no matter how this particular situation is explained.
