What is weird is that I think I saw that episode too and yet didn't even remember it being there or really got the joke because I had no idea what Szechuan sauce was. I was not anticipating it to be the first episode and yet somehow ended up being more relevant by the end of the season. I think I need to get tested for Carbon Dioxide poisoning. ?
