I awoke at 3 AM, the witching hour o.o, after falling asleep at around 10 PM or Midnight. I cannot remember. I have no idea why I cannot sleep the entire night anymore. Whenever I go to bed at a somewhat "normal" hour I always end up awaking earlier and early enough to see the sun rise. How is this even remotely possible?

I'm pretty sure I made it clear in the past that I do not "pop" estrogen pills.
I am on estrogen patches. I am, however, on spironolactone pills which may cause doziness. However, my body should be used to this medication by now, so any tiredness I am experiencing is probably due to a poor sleeping schedule.
