I am referring to Taco Bell mostly. They would introduce a new product and keep it on their menus for a good while, like say, around a couple of months. Then they replace it with something new. Sometimes that something new is perfect and other times it's something that resembles their ordinary menu items like the current crispy chicken quesadilla. I guess you could say they get removed because they weren't selling, but no, that's part bullshit itself since sometimes these items become a seasonal thing like the always delicious Club Chalupa. That wasn't even that different than a regular chalupa off of their main menu. So why the fuck can't I order it anytime?! Is it so hard to keep your inventory for these products? It's not like you're expecting a surge of costumers to buy it once the promotions run dry. For crying out loud, they still have the Mexican Pizza and the MexiMelt. The Quesalupa is another item that should still be on the menu and I know it's popular enough to warrant that. This was the first item that actually allowed people to pre-order the damn thing and I see knock offs in the grocery aisle of some stores, Wal-Mart in particular. So why can't we get it regularly at the restaurant that invented it? Also, that Naked Egg Omelet (and that Dressed Egg Omelet), I hope those retarded ideas fail and never see the light of day. It keeps things exciting. Menu size is limited in fast food restaurants so they'll have their core menu which never or rarely changes and limited time only items which rotate out on a regular basis. So to introduce a new item they have to remove one. But they have to keep introducing new items to keep interest up.
