In Chinese cooking Teriyaki does not actually exist cause well that is a Japanese cuisine element
Szechuan sauces are usually LOADED with American based Chili peppers - So Actually much of this provence's cooking is more Mexican/Latino than say Hong Kong cuisine.
In China Chili peppers are often used to cover up horrid tasteless food that often contains mystery meats and lets not even mention the arwful oils used and I do mean USED
