I had to exchange my modem today at the Xfinity Store™ (it was fine this morning but totally dead when I got home this afternoon) and I was wondering why my old modem still shows up on my account page, hours after the exchange. I want to make sure the old Ubee™ modem from 2014 shows up as being returned so I don't end up getting charged for it if/when I discontinue Xfinity™ internet service.

I have to say they were really nice though. I walked out of the Xfinity store with a new modem in under 5 minutes.
