See, the thing about the second amendment is it was written when cannons that could fire roughly once a minute were the height of military technology. Civilian guns were on pretty much the same level with military guns: not especially accurate, and with tendency to misfire. Do modern people really think a bunch of guys with shotguns are going to stand in the way of an off-the-rails government backed by the military industrial complex?
