Does being angry make you feel better about the situation?
Anger is part of the limbic system in your brain (specifically, the amygdala). This is something that many animals have. But you are a human being, and you also have a cerebrum, an advanced cortex, which produces a rational, thinking mind.
This mind has total control over your emotions.
Right now your CNS has been stimulated which takes time to calm down, so its going to suck for a while. My only advice for now is to take a step back and think about why you're upset, and contemplate if it's actually that big of a deal. Will you still be upset about it in 5 years time? Then why are you upset about it now?
Once your ongoing stress reaction has calmed down, and if you like, i can help guide you through your situation in a healthy, Stoic way.
