GLUTEN FREE TOFURKEY SANDWICHES

Recipe serves: 8 hungry vegans | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 0 min

Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Soup Mix with Tofurkey Sprinkle®
2 slices gluten free "bread"
1 slice of tofurkey
rapeseed table spread

Directions
Smear one side the gluten free "bread" with rapeseed spread. Pour the entire envelope of Lipton® Soup Secrets® Soup Mix with Tofurkey Sprinkle® on to the "bread". Place the single slice of tofurkey between the "bread" slices and cut into 8 even portions

Seitan is a pretty good gluten-based source of protein. It makes for a convincing poultry or swine texture and readily takes on any flavor.
