SLOPPY JOE SOUP
Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 20 min
Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups water
1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Ring-o-Noodle Soup Mix
3 Tbsp. ketchup
Directions
1. Cook ground beef with onion in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is done, about 5 minutes; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
