I drink a lot and demons never attack me. Should I start eating benzos like skittles?

I've been known to drink a lot and have hallucinations. I'm just not deluded enough to blame it on demons.

Probably wouldn't help. I think you have to want to believe in sleep demons first.

This what's always holding me back. I want to astrally project. I know it's not real but I still want to experience it because it sounds really cool. But my underlying non-belief stops me from leaving my body and flying around :(

Maybe some benzos and alcohol abuse would help. The withdrawal symptoms where you basically have a mild panic attack for days and can't sleep lead to some pretty cool hallucinations. They're scary at first, but once you realize what they are it's pretty much like lucid dreaming. I miss it sometimes.

The worst I've had is anxiety and insomnia in the day or two after a good drinking session. I just lie in bed unable to sleep with my mind racing and don't get enough sleep and feel shitty the next day and then I'm okay.

Try the gin-and-gin-alone diet for a month or until you get too weak to actually go to the store to get more gin. That usually works. Make sure to be a functional alcoholic for the first few weeks and maintain your normal level of activity. That really helps develop the kind of vitamin and nutrient deficiencies that will eventually kick those withdrawals into high gear.
