ITALIAN VEGETABLE NOODLE SOUP
Recipe serves: 4 | Prep Time 5 min | Cook Time 10 min
Ingredients
1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Chicken Noodle Soup Mix with Diced White Chicken Meat
3 cups water
1 cup frozen assorted vegetables
1 cup cannellini beans [or white kidney beans], rinsed and drained
1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning (optional)
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat in medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
