Probably, but I am quite enthusiastic about plastic! Just don't use plastic containing BPA! That is a toxic chemical! Plastic is a versatile and most wondrous substance. Compare a plastic cup to a glass or porcelain/china/ceramic cup: if you drop a glass cup, it shatters! Not so much with a plastic cup. Plastic is also lighter than conventional materials meaning it is easier to take with you when you are on the move. It also doesn't dent like other light material cups such as aluminium cups! If you ever see plastic made out of "melamine" then you, my friend, have hit the jackpot! Melamine is a tougher version of plastic so you can throw it against walls and it won't smash! Not to mention that it is heat resistant so you can make tea/coffee/cup a soup/whatever in a melamine bowl or cup. You could live in the past with your rubbish glass and porcelain bowls, plates and cups or you could move with the times and upgrade to plastic and melamine today!
