How do you drink so much coffee without getting horrible diarrhea? Or have you gotten used to it? Every time I drink coffee, I end up with a terrible stomach ache and painful trip to the bathroom. Drinking water right after coffee is so full on my tummy that I can't hydrate myself fast enough.

Lol. Tolerance, I guess. I drink coffee daily and very rarely get an upset stomach from it. In fact, I drink about 3-4 cups a day and am always fine.

It might make you poop, or not even, but it probably should not cause diarrhea! That doesn't keep it from being a diuretic, but if you're actually having real diarrhea on a regular basis, you probably shouldn't be drinking it.
