That's what I do. My tulpae spend hours shitposting and arguing back and forth. It really helps me get my head straight, so I can save all my Quality Content™ posts for Minichan.

OP seems a little confused about running things locally.

Even if you were using your data somehow, Minichan BBS page loads aren't that big. Six gigabytes of data each month would be Matt Miller level amounts of multiple UID shitposting.
